Assessing fulfillment of needs

The pillars are like a glass of water filling up between dying and thriving.
Resources:
When you thrive, you gain resources from such category.
Survival mode: When needs are not sufficiently met, a person is in a survival mode.
We adapted the six categories based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (1943) to illustrate the state of well-being. Vitality consists of the fulfillment of multiple needs.
How are your needs met in each category between dying and thriving?

You can self-assess the fulfillment of your needs based on the columns above: which glass is the least full and where do you draw resources from?
See category descriptions below by clicking each block open.
